Make Your Mark, Leave A Legacy

Top 5 Items For Your Business Travel Packing List

The following items are what every business traveller should never leave home without. Infact, we recommend having a go-to bag which you can grab and go even at short notice.

Mobile Phone

Leaving home without your phone nowadays can almost feel like one has lost a limb. It is an essential communication tool, a note pad of sorts, a satnav, an entertainment device, a torch. The list is long but this goes to prove just what an essential tool it is.

Chargers And Adaptors

If you have a phone, as well as other devices such as laptops and tablets, remember to pack your chargers. Devices are of no use when their batteries are flat.

Pair of ear plugs

Disposable Ear Plugs

Disposable ear plugs are a lifesaver if you find yourself in a hotel with noisy guests. Some places have walls so thin you can hear everything. Not a good recipe for a peaceful night’s sleep before a busy working day.

Toileteries

Always add travel-size toileteries to your packing list. The following should take care of most of your requirements:
soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, comb or brush, toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, deodorant, body lotion, tissues, wipes, face cloth.

Water

It’s important to keep yourself well-hydrated, so always carry a bottle of water with you. This is even more important when temperatures are high during the summer months.

Hot Water Bottle

During the cooler months, a hot water bottle is an absolute must. You may not need to use it but, should you find yourself staying in a place where facilities are not as cosy as you would like, it can come in handy. When you are a business traveller being unable to sleep because you are cold at night is not acceptable.

What items do you always pack as part of your essential list when travelling?

Seasons, weather and mode of transport also need to be taken into account when packing for a trip.
